Eggs and oatmeal for breakfast. Who hasn't tried that before? But adding some tomatoes to the eggs and cocoa and bananas to your oatmeal will make this so much better! The perfect mix of sweet and savory for a long stretched weekend breakfast or brunch.
Depending on the season I also like to add some cinnamon or vanilla to the oatmeal or top it off with some fresh berries. You could also add some almond or other nut crumbles to the mixture. If you're in for some more chocolaty oatmeal you could also add in some extra chocolate chunks in order to make it even better!

If you want some more flavor for your eggs you could also add some onions and braise them lightly before adding the egg mixture to the pan. Or maybe add some fresh chives with the parsley for some additional flavor.
Have you tried these scrambled eggs or the oatmeal? Or did you maybe add your own secret ingredient? I would love to hear how you liked my recipe and what you might have mixed up. Let me know in the comments below!
